Button lock seams are easier to assemble in the field, Pittsburgh seams are stronger but require more hammering in the field. See illustration below:

The traverse duct connector (TDC) is fabricated from the same piece of metal as the duct , and has a gasket inserted between the two joints of duct or fitting and is locked in place by a cleat. Each corner will be bolted together.

Another method of attaching ductwork and fittings together is using a Slip & Drive connector (S&D). This requires two (2) Slips and two (2) Drives for each connection.

Since most duct and fittings are custom made to order we are unable to offer a return policy for any of our products.

Your order normally goes into production within a few days of your order being placed. Depending on the size of your order most are fabricated and ready to ship within 7-10 days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All of our products are fabricated in our facility in central Texas.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the total shipping cost at checkout.
